Main characteristics of the burner
The design, production, manufacturing, supervision and inspection of the boiler strictly follow the safety supervision regulations for hot water boilers to ensure long-term safe and stable operation of the boiler.
The body is a shell type full wet back downstream three pass pyrotechnic tube structure. The flame burns under slight positive pressure in a large combustion chamber, with low Heat of combustion load and less nox emissions. Through multiple tests and verifications on the complete machine test bench, the boiler can achieve good thermal performance, qualified flue gas emission indicators, and a wide range of burner adaptation under various loads.
The front and rear smoke boxes are made of insulation materials with low thermal conductivity and good resistance to sudden cooling and heat, greatly extending the service life of the smoke box. The lower part of the smoke box is equipped with a condensate discharge port to reduce the corrosion of condensate on pressure parts.
The arrangement of the devices and pipes inside the pot is reasonable, optimizing the water circulation inside the pot, effectively preventing the generation of scale, and also conducive to improving the water side heat transfer effect. Set up hand holes and inspection holes in weak areas with poor circulation for regular inspection and maintenance.
Compared with dry back boilers, adopting a wet back structure greatly reduces the temperature of the rear smoke box and solves the problem of frequent maintenance during operation of the rear smoke box;
Designed with a larger water volume, the furnace body is not sensitive to load fluctuations, and is still suitable for users with a large range of load fluctuations.
