Vortometric
Eclipse's Vortometric v2.00 burner is a dual fuel, high-strength burner. Whether it is fuel oil, natural gas, propane, butane, artificial gas, or other mixed fuels, the burner can operate efficiently. The high-speed fuel vortex generated by the Vortometric burner enhances the stability of the flame, even if the fuel changes over a large range. The burner can operate under low excess air to achieve thermal efficiency; Alternatively, a large amount of excess air can be used to meet the heating needs of a large amount of process air. The strong and completely mixed combustion air and gas combine to produce very low levels of nitrogen oxides. The novel shear force design used in the oil gun atomizer and the sound energy generated by the "vortex generator" ensure good atomization of the fuel, resulting in clean and combustion. The combustion range of the Vortomeric v2.00 burner is 6MMBtu/hour to 210MMBtu/hour. The requirement for combustion air pressure is very low. For all sizes of burners, as long as 7.5 w.c., the atomized gas used for fuel can be steam, air, or any gaseous fuel. |
