When operating in a dual pipeline, the oil return port must be equipped with a bypass plug to ensure that the oil bypassed by the regulating valve returns to the oil tank, and the suction pipeline flow rate is equal to the capacity of the gear set. In a single tube operation (where the bypass plug is removed and the return flow is blocked), the oil that does not pass through the nozzle pipeline returns directly to the gear inlet, and the suction pipeline flow rate is equal to the sum of the two nozzle flows. discharge The deflation in the dual tube operation is automatic: the deflation is ensured through the deflation plane on the piston. In single tube operation, the plug of the pressure gauge port must be loosened until the air is discharged from the system. cut-off The solenoid valve of the A2L pump is of the "normally closed" type. Each solenoid valve is located on a nozzle line. This design ensures extremely fast response and allows switch selection based on the operating sequence of the burner, regardless of motor speed. When the solenoid is not activated, the valve closes and all oil pressurized by the gear set enters the suction or return pipeline through the regulator, depending on the pipeline layout. Once the solenoid is activated, oil will flow to the nozzle line at the pressure set by the pressure regulating valve. Two solenoid valves can be operated independently. |
