Structural analysis and characteristics of gas combustion engines:

Gas combustion has the advantages of high thermal efficiency, good safety performance, strong reliability, high degree of automation, simple operation, convenient maintenance, and low noise.
The combustion engine is divided into a. diffusion type combustion engine b. partial premixed (atmospheric) combustion engine c. power type combustion engine, where atmospheric combustion is further divided into natural injection type and blast type.

 Characteristics of gas combustion engine:

1. High thermal efficiency: able to adapt to pressure fluctuations, self adjust the primary air distribution (i.e. high gas pressure leads to more intake of primary air; low gas pressure leads to less intake of primary air), sufficient combustion, and high thermal efficiency;

2. High safety: This combustion engine is equipped with a low flame. When starting the boiler, light a small fire first. Only when the small fire burns normally and stably can the automatic control system open the main gas valve, and the fuel can enter the boiler for normal combustion without causing deflagration;

3. Strong fuel adaptability: This type of combustion engine can be suitable for natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, coal gas, liquefied petroleum mixture gas, and other types of gas with only a small amount of replacement parts.

 Gas valve group:

This boiler can be directly connected to low pressure gas pipelines without the need for a pressure regulating station. The gas valve is a low-pressure valve. The gas valve consists of three parts: (1) manual valve, (2) 24V electric valve, (3) gas pressure regulating valve (some models of boiler electric valves and pressure regulating valves are the same valve), and can be set with a gas maximum pressure switch and a gas minimum pressure switch according to user requirements; The gas pressure regulating valve requires a front pressure of 5-11 inches of water column (127mm of water column 279.4 mm of water column), and the valve pressure should not be less than 3.5 inches of water column (88.9 mm of water column). The pressure requirement for liquefied petroleum gas valves is 11 inches of water column

 Gas cut-off protection device:

The gas pipeline is equipped with a maximum pressure switch and a minimum pressure switch. When the gas is cut off or the gas pressure drops to a certain value, the minimum pressure switch is activated and the system
automatically closes; When the gas pressure is too high, the highest pressure switch is activated and the system automatically closes.
