Pressure measuring instruments are widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, chemical fiber, steel, metallurgy, power plants, food, environmental protection, and scientific research.
1, Usage: Micro pressure gauges are used to measure small pressures and indicate weak gas and liquid pressures below 0.5Kg/cm2 on site. They are not corrosive to copper and are widely used in gas combustion equipment and industrial heating systems, such as pressure regulating boxes, pressure regulating stations, burners, fans, oxygen absorbers, packaging equipment, and other industrial equipment.
2, Structural principle of micro pressure gauge: The micro pressure gauge is composed of a measurement system (including joints, corrugated film boxes, etc.), a transmission mechanism (including rod pulling mechanism, gear transmission mechanism), an indicator component (including pointers and dial), and an outer shell (including watch case, lining ring, and watch glass). The working principle of a micro pressure gauge is based on the elastic deformation of the free end of the corrugated membrane box under the pressure of the measured medium. After being rotated and amplified by the gear transmission mechanism, the measured value is indicated on the dial by a pointer fixed on the gear shaft. There is also a zero adjustment device, which can conveniently adjust the pointer to the zero position. |
