Spring type pressure reducing valve adopts imported pressure compensation and zero pressure cutoff design. Due to the regulating effect of the spring, it can also maintain a constant outlet pressure of the pressure reducing valve in the event of fluctuations in gas flow. Inlet pressure compensation can maintain high control accuracy in the event of inlet pressure fluctuations. Zero pressure cutoff can prevent an increase in pressure behind the valve when there is no gas flow.

According to the requirements specified in EN746-2, in order to prevent pipeline overpressure,
overpressure automatic shut-off valve SAV and safety release valve SBV should be installed upstream and downstream of the gas pressure reducing valve.But if the pressure resistance level of downstream equipment of the pressure reducing valve is higher than
the actual gas pressure in the pipeline before the pressure reducing valve, the above two types of valves can be omitted..
