1,CKD solenoid valve safety:

(1)Corrosive media: It is recommended to use plastic king solenoid valves and all stainless steel; For strongly corrosive media, isolation diaphragm type must be selected. For example, CD-F.Z3CF. For neutral media, it is also advisable to use copper alloy as the valve casing material for electromagnetic valves. Otherwise, rust debris often falls off in the valve casing, especially in situations where the action is not frequent. Ammonia valves cannot be made of copper.

(2)Explosive environment: Corresponding explosion-proof grade products must be selected. Waterproof and waterproof measures should be adopted for outdoor installation or dust prone situations Dust species.

(3)The nominal pressure of the solenoid valve should exceed the maximum working pressure inside the pipe.

1. Medium characteristics
1.1 Choose different types of solenoid valves for gas, liquid or mixed states, such as ZQDF for air, ZQDF-Y for liquid, and ZQDF-2 (or -3) for steam, otherwise it may cause malfunction.
