Riyalo has launched flue gas external circulation (FGR) technology, which sucks about 10% to 30% of the flue gas (at a temperature of about 170 ºC) from the tail of the boiler into the combustion engine inlet through stainless steel flue gas ducts, mixed with combustion air, and then enters the furnace. This reduces the temperature of the combustion area, while also reducing the concentration of oxygen in the combustion area, reducing the generation of thermal NOx, and achieving a nitrogen oxide emission of less than 30mg/m3 in the flue gas at the tail of the boiler.
