Infrared and far infrared dryers are a method of drying that utilizes radiation heat transfer. The electromagnetic waves generated by infrared or far-infrared radiators propagate linearly at the speed of light to reach the dried material. When the emission frequency of infrared or far-infrared rays matches the natural frequency of molecular motion in the dried material (i.e. the emission wavelength of infrared or far-infrared rays and the absorption wavelength of the dried material), it causes strong vibrations of the molecules in the material, Intense friction occurs inside the material to generate heat and achieve drying.
