Eclipse Burner Product Introduction:

Due to the fact that the combustion status of the burner is related to the pressure drop of the air flowing through the burner, but not to the total pressure head of the air, the special air wing design can ensure that the air pressure drops within a certain range when the air back pressure is high and the air flow rate changes greatly (1.5-30m/s), ensuring that the burner can fully burn and meet the production process requirements;

When the flow and composition of the circulating flue gas change significantly, normal combustion can still be ensured.

(9) Equipped with a gas leakage detection device, it can ensure the safety of gas.

Before each ignition and start of the burner, the control system sets the program through the flame program controller, and the gas leak detector starts working to detect the leakage of the gas dual shut-off valve. Only after the leakage detection is passed can the ignition and start be normal. If the leak detection fails, the ignition cannot be started normally and there is a fault indication displayed.
