Product working principle: The proportional control valve is used to achieve a constant air/gas ratio and obtain the pressure required for burner combustion in different states. The proportional control valve allows for continuous pressure regulation with high accuracy within the outlet pressure range. The bypass screw installed in the regulating system can achieve continuous adjustment of minimum gas flow without the need to replace drilling bolts. The proportional valve operates through the pressure of the air intake pipeline, and controls the ratio of outlet gas pressure to air pressure to be 1:1. Flow control is completely achieved through air conditioning devices. The flow rate changes caused by the operation of the burner will have the same effect on both gas and air, so the proportion remains constant. VRGA has superior regulation performance, with compensation film under imported pressure to ensure its performance. The spring completely offsets the weight of the membrane system, ensuring the highest sensitivity. |
Product settings: The outlet pressure standard is controlled by rotating the adjustment screw (5. Fig. 1-2): counterclockwise rotation reduces the pressure, while clockwise rotation increases the pressure. The control valve must be connected to the burner in the air control line for operation. Follow this suggestion to operate, and the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet must be between 20mbar and 150mbar. The regulator and air control line (3, Fig. 1-2) between the upstream and downstream of the pressure pipeline are used to measure the relative pressure level, so this suggestion can be simply standardized. The minimum load of the calibration device for the screw (6.fig.1-2) constitutes the control system. In order to correctly regulate it, fully unscrew it in a counterclockwise direction until the screw is mechanically locked. There is no gas passing through at this position, slowly tighten the bolts (6.fig.1-2) until the requirements of the device are met. |
