Operation Instructions
Installation
- Ensure pipeline is clean and free of debris to prevent damage to valve seat
- Install valve correctly in pipeline, noting the direction of media flow
- Ensure sufficient space around valve for handle rotation
Operation Steps
- Opening: Rotate handle counterclockwise to the limit position (90°) for full open
- Closing: Rotate handle clockwise to the limit position for full close
- Flow adjustment:
- Rotate handle to desired opening (indicated by scale)
- After adjustment, tighten the lock screw on the handle to fix the position
Maintenance
- Regularly check valve for leaks and replace seals if necessary
- Keep handle operation smooth; add lubricant if needed
- When not in use for extended periods, close valve and store in dry environment
