C7027A Flame Detector Characteristics:
C7027A must be compatible with Honeywell's corresponding combustion safety controller for application. (such as RA890G, FC1000A, EC7800 series controllers, etc.) Unless otherwise specified, they cannot be used in conjunction with other company products.
C7027A should be installed at one end of the light guide tube outside the furnace. The connection method is% NPT threaded connection. The light guide tube should be installed with a downward tilt. If dust is prone to accumulate or the temperature is high, blowing and cooling air should be used. As shown in Figure 2.
The light guide tube should be aimed at the bright areas in the middle and front of the flame. If it is a swirl or flameless burner, please pay special attention to the flame position aligned with the light guide tube.
A shielded wire should be used to connect C7027A to the combustion safety controller, and the distance should not be too long (one<100 meters)
FC1000A controller features:
Power supply: Different models of controllers can be used for 115Vac or 230Vac, 50/60Hz AC power. Voltage range+10%~-15%.
