Using digital signal processing methods
(1) Temperature collection. Use two temperature sensors to ensure the safe operation of the boiler.
(2) Temperature digital display. The measured and set temperature are displayed on the controller panel, and the temperature range is 0~99.9 ºC. The red Nixie tube is used for measuring temperature display, and the green Nixie tube is used for setting temperature.
(3) Temperature control. At the first startup, when the measured temperature is lower than the set temperature (0-99.9 ºC) after startup, the blower runs. After 3 minutes (adjustable for 1-10 minutes), the coal feeder automatically runs. After the measured temperature reaches the set temperature, the fan and coal machine stop simultaneously. At this time, the measured water temperature gradually decreases. When it is 5 ºC (adjustable from 0 to 50 ºC) below the set temperature, the fan automatically runs. After 3 minutes (adjustable from 1 to 10 minutes), the coal machine automatically runs. The water pump automatically operates when the water temperature exceeds another set point (the set temperature point is adjustable from 30 to 60 ºC).
(4) Cycle timing output. After measuring the water temperature to reach the set temperature, the fan and coal machine stop working, and the water pump continues to operate. When the shutdown time reaches the set time, the cycle timer starts, that is, after 20 minutes (adjustable from 0 to 60 minutes), the fan automatically runs. After the fan runs for 3 minutes (adjustable from 0 to 10 minutes), the coal machine automatically runs. The fan runs for 8 minutes (adjustable from 0 to 60 minutes), and the coal machine runs for 5 minutes. Both the fan and coal machine have stopped working. Continue to cycle according to this pattern after 20 minutes.
(5) Speed regulation function of fans and coal fans. The speed range is from zero to rated speed.
(6) Coal machine overload protection. When the coal feeder gets stuck and the motor cannot rotate due to some reason,

(7) Alarm output. When the water temperature rises to 85 ºC (adjustable from 50 to 100 ºC), an alarm sound will sound. The overtemperature indicator light will light up, and at the same time, the fan and coal machine will all stop, and the water pump will continue to operate; When the water temperature is 2 ºC below the alarm temperature, the standby system resumes normal operation and the alarm sound stops. When the coal feeding mechanism causes the motor to overload for some reason (the degree of overload can be adjusted). Another alarm sound is emitted, and the overload indicator light is on. At the same time, the fan and coal machine are all stopped, and the water pump continues to operate. After manually troubleshooting, manually reset and restart.
(8) Reset function. Automatic reset: When there is a new call within 20 minutes after a power outage, it will automatically reset even if the device is automatically put into operation. Manual reset: When a power outage occurs for 20 minutes and a new call is made, an alarm will sound to notify the user to restart the ignition and start.
(9) Indicator light. Set up fan operation indicator light, coal machine operation indicator light, water pump operation indicator light, overload indicator light, over temperature indicator light, cycle timer indicator light, and two temperature sensor temperature difference indicator lights.
