Oil combustion engine structure:

Oil atomization nozzle:
(1) Mechanical atomization mechanical atomization nozzle uses high oil pressure to spray oil at high speed from the nozzle hole to achieve atomization. The commonly used mechanical atomization nozzles are centrifugal nozzles. A simple mechanical atomization nozzle is composed of atomization plates: a swirl chamber, a fuel separator, and a nozzle nut. Fuel with a certain pressure and temperature enters the tangential groove through the oil inlet hole and the oil equalizing groove, obtaining a high speed, and then enters the swirl chamber. The oil generates strong centrifugal rotation in the swirl chamber, causing groove pulsation and spraying out from the nozzle, forming a hollow conical film. Due to the turbulent flow of oil, it diffuses through the spray hole, combined with centrifugal force, forming surface tension and being crushed into many small oil particles, achieving the purpose of atomization.
(2) The working principle of rotary cup atomization is that fuel oil is sent through a hollow shaft to a high-speed rotating cup device of 3000-5000r/min. Under the action of centrifugal force, the oil tightly adheres to the inner wall of the rotary cup and forms a thin oil film, which flies out along the cup mouth and is atomized into very fine oil particles. At the same time, the fan blades installed on the same shaft blow out the primary air along the rotor opening through the guide vanes, and the direction of rotation of the primary air is opposite to the direction of the oil droplets, further atomizing the oil droplets.
